What if it isn't a Scam!

We are mostly brought up to be suspicious of everything, especially when something appears to be too good to be true and with good reason because there are so many scams out there. But how do you recognize a genuine opportunity?

For example: a businessman went to a seminar and bought one of the first McDonald's Franchises. When he got home and excitedly discussed it with his best friends they convinced him that it would never work. The next day he cancelled the check. He lost millions of dollars! On the other hand thousands of buyers of other schemes lost their money.

Well you have to do your homework, do your research, perform Due Diligence, discuss it with friends. If you are still convinced make sure you sleep on it.

One tip for spotting a scam , is if you are put under pressure to sign immediately
