Richest Man in Babylon Secrets II
Hi,
The book is set in ancient Babylon and there is story and every now and then there is a "Secret of Becoming Wealthy". The one I read last night nearly made me fall out of bed it was "Sometimes you just have to take a chance!". In the story a man was offered a herd of sheep really cheaply because the shepherd's wife was sick and he desperately wanted to return home. Well the man wanted to see the herd in the daylight he wanted to be cautious, take time, perform due-diligence etc so he waited. Well next morning was market day and the shepherd was able to sell his herd to someone else at normal price. A glorious chance was gone, can you think of opportunities you've missed, I can?
The trick is to improve your decision making ability by taking more decisions.
