Helioproctosis : Birth of a New Word?

A good friend of ours bet we couldn't find out the meaning of Helioproctosis. Well that was too good a challenge to miss but I was surprised to find it doesn't exist at dictionary.com. Google only yielded three results , these suggested that it meant "A belief that the sun shines out of one's own posterior".

Many otherwise gifted and competent people fail to succeed and end up being disliked and isolated because they suffer from advanced Helioproctosis, thousands of us others are too modest of course so you have to find the right balance.
