Adult Pleasant Event Schedule 176 Activities to Change your Mood!

Here are some things to try if you are low, stressed or depressed. Currently there 176, but of course you add your own or modify or delete existing ones.

When someone is depressed, the depression itself can prevent them from thinking of activities which could help them change their mood
